Product Developer and Brand Strategist (E-Commerce)

Launched in 2021, Mouldd is an innovative e-commerce brand specialising in resin-based arts and crafts, helping creators bring unique projects to life. We’re committed to making a mark in the arts and crafts space with quality products and creative experiences.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and driven individual to join Mouldd as our first dedicated team member As our Product Developer and Brand Strategist, you will have a central role in crafting and merchandising engaging products that reflect our brand’s identity, overseeing influencer partnerships, and managing user-generated content to build a strong connection with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development:

  • Design and develop innovative resin-based craft kits that align with Mouldd’s brand and meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with our freelance graphic designer and manufacturing partners to bring high-quality, creative products to market.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, understand competitor offerings, and apply insights to product ideation.

Brand Strategy and Identity:

  • Help define and evolve Mouldd’s brand identity, values, and core messaging.
  • Ensure product development aligns with Mouldd’s strategic goals, maintaining brand coherence.
  • Develop and uphold brand guidelines that cover visual elements, messaging, and overall brand experience.

Influencer Management and Content Creation:

  • Manage influencer campaigns and relationships, coordinating with them to ensure consistent brand messaging and quality content.
  • Project manage the creation of user-generated video content to showcase Mouldd’s products in engaging, authentic ways.
  • Collaborate with influencers on campaigns that promote new products, leveraging their reach to maximise brand visibility.

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Work with the founders to align product launches with brand campaigns.
  • Support planning and execution of social media initiatives, influencer partnerships, and paid ads.

Innovation and Growth:

  • Stay informed on arts and crafts trends and emerging technologies to drive innovative product development.
  • Continuously propose ways to improve Mouldd’s product offerings and enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Experience in product development, brand strategy, and influencer management within e-commerce or consumer goods.
  • Strong creative and strategic skills with a hands-on approach to balancing product innovation with brand values.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration within a remote and flexible team.
  • Proficiency with design and marketing tools is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years exprience in a similar role (Preferred)
