Position Overview:

The Email Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in leading our email marketing strategies to elevate our market presence, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. This dynamic position calls for a unique blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a profound understanding of email marketing tools and best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B email marketing strategy aligned with our business goals.
  • Copy Optimisation: Review and enhance email copywriting to improve engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Email Health: Monitor and maintain the health of our email list, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Segmentation: Implement effective segmentation strategies to deliver personalised content to our potential client list.
  • Automation: Utilise email automation tools to streamline campaigns and workflows.
  • Reporting: Track and analyse email metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our other marketing teams to align email marketing with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Stay Current: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our email marketing efforts innovative and effective.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and strategies.
  • Experience in direct mail marketing/campaigns is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in email marketing software and automation tools.
  • Experience in building sales funnels and creating landing pages.
  • Skills in general marketing and email copywriting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • A creative thinker who can develop engaging email campaigns.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
