This is a strategic leadership role focused on the forecasting and implementation of marketing outcomes for your clients. You will manage up to 10 six/seven figure accounts and optimize our email marketing campaigns using the Klaviyo platform, playing a key role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and maximize the effectiveness of our email, SMS, and direct mail marketing initiatives.
Oversee the profitable growth of retention channels, including but not limited to Klaviyo’s pop-up, flow, campaign planning, and segmentation. You will also own results that entail subscriptions, memberships, and mobile app performance.
Complete reports with a high degree of accuracy, checking against multiple data points
Collaborate with technical, design, and content teams to create compelling and engaging email content, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.

Bi-weekly tracking of client pacing about their growth targets and identifying areas of adjustment.

Quarterly planning of roadmaps
Minimum 2+ years in an e-commerce marketing role, including experience working in a client-facing role, preferably within an agency
Proven track record in leading a holistic e-commerce retention strategy (aka you have case studies and examples to prove)
Minimum 1-year experience managing a team or leading cross-functional projects.
Knowledge of cohort analysis, lifetime value optimization, and unit economics is a must
Skilled in ClickUp or relevant project management software, preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
