About the Role

Growth Division is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team of expert marketers. As a specialist in direct outreach, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for clients using marketing automation and direct outreach techniques
  • Work closely with our team of expert marketers to identify and validate scalable marketing channels
  • Continuously run experiments and test new ideas to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Manage and add experiments to our portal, setting up best-in-class tooling and reporting back to clients on a monthly basis
  • Be available for questions and tasks on our communication platform
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain expertise

Requirements
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a related field
