We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately drive business results. In addition to overseeing the social media strategy, you will also be responsible for managing the social media department, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to meet company objectives, including but not limited to increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Manage all aspects of social media channels, including content creation, publishing, community management, and analytics.
Oversee the social media department, including hiring, training, and managing a team of social media specialists.
Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring that all social media activities are aligned with the company's brand voice and messaging.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend strategies to keep the company ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure alignment of messaging and brand consistency across all channels.
Analyse social media metrics and performance data to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and implement them effectively.
Act as a brand ambassador on social media, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering a positive online community.
Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to promote products, events, and initiatives.
Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, with a track record of driving results through social media campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (especially Youtube), algorithms, and best practices.
Experience in building social media systems and automations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Creativity and innovation in developing social media strategies and content ideas.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for social media and staying abreast of the latest trends and developments in the field.
