As the Marketing Operations and Automation Lead, you will play a crucial role in executing our marketing strategy, optimising our marketing technology stack, and ensuring that our campaigns are data-driven, automated, and effective. You will collaborate closely with our web development agency and the Chief Marketing Officer to implement marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital advertising (PPC), and SEO.
Marketing Automation: Develop, implement, and optimise marketing automation workflows, ensuring personalised and efficient communication with our audience.
Website Collaboration: Work closely with our web development agency to ensure seamless website integration, effective data capture, and alignment with marketing goals.
Web Analytics and Audience Segmentation: Capture and analyse web analytics to inform audience segmentation, drive content personalisation, and trigger real-time marketing actions in Dynamics 365.
Social Media Management: Oversee the scheduling and automation of social media activity across platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and maximising engagement.
PPC and SEO Management: Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns, while also managing SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.
Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimisation and refinement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the CMO, the web development agency, and other departments to align marketing operations with broader business goals and objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience: 3+ years in marketing operations, automation, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, with experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Automate being a strong advantage. Familiarity with WordPress, web analytics tools, PPC platforms, and SEO practices is essential.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to analyse data, derive actionable insights, and adjust campaigns for optimal performance.
