A leading Ecommerce company in London is seeking a passionate Marketing Automation Manager to elevate the company's growing marketing automation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams, driving high-quality email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be motivated, self-driven, and eager to leverage new technologies to optimize and enhance our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing Automation Specialists to design and execute intelligent and efficient email campaigns and automation programs.
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and copy teams to manage high-volume email campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- Monitor automation health, providing proactive troubleshooting for any issues.
- Optimize existing automation processes to ensure best practices are followed.
- Support projects impacting Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other related technologies.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills
- Ampscript, Journey Builder, Cloud pages, Email Marketing (Push/ Whatsapp)
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar email marketing platform.
- Experience in HTML editing .
- Working knowledge of SQL .
- A self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
