Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruitment Specialist to join our team at EPC Recruitment Solutions. As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will be working from our offices in Woking and London Bridge, developing your own clients from our database, and helping us achieve company goals.
This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in recruitment, sales, or engineering. We provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success, and you will have the chance to quickly progress to a senior level.
The estimated salary for this role is around £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, with an uncapped commission structure offering up to £50k in the first year. We also offer pension contribution, international travel opportunities, and some remote working possibilities.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in business or engineering/technical sectors, excellent communication skills, and a confident personality. You should be driven to succeed, have a positive attitude, and be money motivated.
