Sales Generation Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Sales Generation Executive to join our team at Chef Works Europe Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop within a dynamic sales environment.
About the RoleThis 100% outbound-focused role involves generating new business through proactive outreach, including cold-calling and lead generation. As a Sales Generation Executive, you will be responsible for setting appointments for our field-based team and closing sales directly where appropriate.
Responsibilities- Proactively research and contact prospects, booking appointments for the field team.
- Maintain and update prospect information in our CRM (ZOHO).
- Build relationships and rapport with customers, focusing on brand value and quality.
- Hit monthly revenue and performance targets.
- Proven success in a high-volume phone sales environment.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. A competitive £25k base salary with uncapped commission is on offer, along with matched pension contributions and annual wellbeing allowance. We also offer modern offices in Farsley, Leeds, close to local amenities and gyms, and on-site parking.
