Sales Performance Manager

At Treatwell, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Performance Manager to drive the growth of our business in the UK. The ideal candidate will have proven experience achieving targets in a fast-paced sales environment and be able to take ownership of performance.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our ever-expanding team as a Digital Business Development Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving forward the growth of the business through the acquisition of new partners across major cities in the UK.
- You will work closely with our marketing and analytics teams to develop a data-driven approach to prospecting, pipeline, and acquiring new business.
- You will be responsible for running virtual demos of our software with prospective new partners and onboarding new partners with the help of our Training team.
- You will project manage the work required to support partners in adopting our software in their first two months using our platform.
- You will meet personal monthly sales and activity targets while recording all activity in our CRM system.
About You
- You have a proven track record of delivering results in a 360 sales role and can demonstrate your ability to take ownership of performance.
- You are proactive, driven, and committed to continuous self-reflection and improvement.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
