About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our team of Butlers at Rosewood UK - The Chancery. As a Hotel Suite Experience Director, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our suite guests and ensuring that every interaction with our guests is memorable and tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the guest experience for our Suite guests, ensuring a bespoke and memorable service.
  • Drive the performance of the Butler department, ensuring the team delivers the highest quality in relation to Forbes, LQA and Rosewood Brand Standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient Butler procedures and best practices.
  • Adapt and tailor your style of service to best suit the guest preferences.
  • Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; prioritize, organise and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest's service needs; work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team; work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
  • Support with all training and onboarding of the Butler team.
  • Manage the Butler team, including recruitment, training and development, performance, and standards.
  • Prepare weekly work schedule in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts. Adjust the schedule to meet business demands if necessary.
  • Liaise with the relevant departments to prepare for guest stays and action guest requests.
About You

We are looking for a naturally creative and curious individual who is driven by relationship hospitality. You will have previous experience working with and looking after HNWI, and be a confident leader with experience managing a high-performing team. Experience with LQA and Forbes would be advantageous, as well as exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
