  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, proactive communication, and timely issue resolution.
  • Leverage your expertise in data-driven decision making to inform strategic recommendations and drive business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our agency remains at the forefront of customer engagement.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven track record in customer engagement strategy development and implementation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
