Counsellor - Social Justice Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Counsellor to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a Counsellor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality counselling interventions to individuals engaged with our treatment service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based short- and medium-term counselling sessions to individuals, ensuring timely access and positive outcomes.
- Work under the supervision of a qualified clinical supervisor to facilitate positive change and empowerment in individuals' lives.
- Support assessments and provide evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions relevant to the needs of our service users.
- Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to deliver integrated working and achieve the best possible outcomes for individuals.
- BACP or UKCP registered membership or other relevant professional membership.
- Level 4 (or above) counselling/psychotherapy qualification from a credible training organisation.
- Minimum of 400 hours of appropriately supervised, contracted counselling practice across a range of delivery modes.
As a Counsellor at Change Grow Live, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and diverse multidisciplinary team, engaging in formal and informal peer support, reflective practice, and CPD opportunities. You will also support colleagues to develop their knowledge and skills, helping your local team adhere to best practice guidelines and deliver high-quality care.
