Job Overview:This role involves providing administrative support for Occupational Health cases, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients and employees.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case progress.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of process improvements to enhance customer experience.
You will be responsible for:
