Job Title: Customer Service Support Specialist

Salary: £21,840 per annum (£12 per hour)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week (Early finish on Friday)

About the Role:

The Customer Service Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and employees. The role involves taking ownership of Occupational Health cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

  • Respond to incoming calls and emails in a professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate complaints or concerns where necessary.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties to support the wider Optima Health team.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous administration or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good IT/PC skills, including Microsoft Packages.
