About You

You are a people person who is great at building lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers. Your communication skills - both written and spoken - are unrivalled. You can proficiently handle interaction with customers face-to-face, by phone, via email, and on social media.

You have at least two years' experience in a similar role, and possess strong vehicle technical/electrical/mechanical awareness. You understand the fundamentals of vehicle engines, drivetrains, and other core mechanics and systems; meaning you can confidently translate the complex diagnostic findings and repair reporting from our Technical Team into a summary that maintains understanding and trust with our clients.

Job Description

You'll be one of two Service Advisers, working alongside our Workshop Supervisor, Quote/Estimator, and our Service Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients
  • Assisting with vehicle diagnostics and repairs, including interpreting complex technical information
  • Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong vehicle technical/electrical/mechanical awareness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

This role comes with a competitive salary package, including:

  • £28,000 basic salary (OTE £34,000)
  • 33 days holiday per annum (including 8 national Bank Holidays)
