Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position involves working with a friendly team across two sites in Cheltenham and Gloucester. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional health surveillance and promotion services, as well as fitness for work screenings, immunisations, and other OH responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Health Surveillance and Promotion: Provide expert advice on health-related matters to employees and management.
  • Fitness for Work Screenings: Conduct thorough medical assessments to determine an individual's fitness for work.
  • Immunisations: Develop and implement vaccination programs to protect employees from preventable diseases.
  • Full OH Remit: Manage all aspects of occupational health, including employee wellness and return-to-work strategies.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NMC Registration
  • Experience in a Senior Occupational Health Role
  • Occupational Health Degree
