We're seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. As part of Nuffield Health, the UK's largest Healthcare Charity, you'll be working in a state-of-the-art environment with cutting-edge technology and equipment.

**Job Summary:**

This role offers flexibility and variety, with opportunities to work on different cases and participate in a multidisciplinary team. You'll be responsible for supervising junior staff members, developing their skills, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work collaboratively with consultants and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring continuity and seamless transitions between teams
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients
  • Contribute to the development of junior staff members through mentoring and coaching
