About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Lead to join our team at Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our theatres, providing excellent patient care, and contributing to the overall quality of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Theatre Manager and Clinical Leaders to maintain comprehensive governance and training.
- Demonstrate Nuffield behaviours framework and inspire colleagues to adopt the same.
- Ensure patient perioperative journeys are positive, with clinical safety at the forefront of everything we do.
- Enjoy a diverse caseload with cutting-edge technology, equipment, and facilities.
- Interact effectively with colleagues on the ward, prioritizing continuity in patient care.
