About the Role

Rubicon Consulting is seeking a skilled H&S Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, applying your expertise to ensure a safe working environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Carry out site inspections to verify the implementation of health and safety controls, providing recommendations for improvement.
  2. Provide expert guidance to operational colleagues on workplace safety procedures and protocols.
  3. Support the development and maintenance of ISO45001 certification at aligned depots.
  4. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance overall performance.
  5. Work closely with the Operational SHE, Compliance & Emissions Team to drive the implementation of effective SHE plans.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  1. NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent qualification.
  2. Experience in construction or utilities projects, with a solid understanding of relevant legislation.
