Job Overview

Join our Clinical Administrator Team - Outpatient Support as a Full-time Medical Administrator/Patient Coordinator and make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Working closely with our team of consultant clinicians, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our Outpatient Services in Oncology.

Key Job Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Preparing and sending correspondence to patients, GPs, and medical staff.
  • Utilizing voice recognition software to transcribe and proofread dictated letters.
  • Producing detailed medical reports for legal purposes.
  • Assisting consultant staff with the preparation of medical staffing paperwork, such as references.
