Healthcare Support Specialist

The Clinical Imaging Assistant role at Cobalt involves providing high-quality patient care and administrative support within our state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging facilities.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including radiographers, nurses, and consultants, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting patients, checking personal data, and scheduling appointments as needed
- Providing reassurance, emotional, and physical support throughout patient attendance
- Preparing patients for examinations, including undressing, reassurance, and portering duties
- Care for patients prior to, during, and post-procedure, maintaining privacy and dignity
- Conducting consent and screening safety checks to ensure suitability for imaging examinations or procedures
- Assisting radiographers with positioning patients and setting up equipment under supervision
Estimated salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
