Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 23 days of annual leave, up to 5% pension contribution, health cash plan, and ongoing training and professional development.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate leader to oversee service delivery within a specific area. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will lead a team of Team Leaders and Support Workers to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
- Oversee and manage service delivery within a specific area to meet community needs.
- Provide direction and support to teams to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Collaborate with the Head of Service to implement service improvements and innovations.
- Build strong connections within the local community and promote our services.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in supporting vulnerable adults or children.
- Natural leadership skills with excellent organisation, planning, and communication skills.
- Compassion, patience, and dedication to making a positive impact.
- Ability to commute to Harrow and be an active team member.
