Join our dynamic team at Leaders in Care as a Children's Community Nurse Leader. As a key member of our community services, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses to deliver high-quality nursing care to children and their families in the North London area.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality nursing care
- Develop and implement care plans that meet individual client needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Contribute to the development of our community services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Benefits:
