Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team at Moss Side Medical Centre. As a key member of our staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide evidence-based practice nursing care in accordance with our practice policies and procedures.
- Administer vaccinations, treatments, and provide management of chronic diseases, including diabetes, asthma, and COPD.
- Develop and implement health promotion and wellbeing programs to support patients in managing their health.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.

Key Requirements
- Nursing degree and registration with the NMC.
