Practice Nurse Opportunities with Chase Medical
We are seeking experienced Practice Nurses to join our team of locum professionals working with GP surgeries across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality patient care in a primary care setting
- Working closely with GP surgeries to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Contributing to the development of primary care teams
Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience in Primary Care
- Confidence in Cytology, Chronic Disease Management and Immunisations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
