About the Job

We are recruiting for a Building Services Maintenance Professional to work across a small hub of estates in the Warrington area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of maintenance and engineering tasks, including planned preventative maintenance and minor project works.

  • Estimated salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Benefits include 25 days holiday plus stats, van or car with personal use, and plenty of optional overtime available

Responsibilities:

  1. General building services engineering across mechanical plant
  2. Work to all policies/procedures and safe systems of work for estates related works in accordance with statutory requirements

Requirements:

  • Familiar with maintenance operations and commercial grade equipment
  • Multiskilled background with experience in plant room kit, general pipework etc.
  • Suitable mechanical apprenticeship and City and Guilds or equivalent qualification
