We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to cover estates in the Warrington area.

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £35.50 - £37.25 per hour, based on experience level, with opportunities for overtime paid at 1.25 times the hourly rate. A van or car with personal use is also provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver responsive maintenance services and perform general building services engineering
  • Maintain plumbing, pipework, venting, pumps, valves, air handling units, fan coil units, feeds, motors, and associated mechanical plant room equipment
  • Carry out minor project works and refurbishments

The ideal candidate will have suitable mechanical apprenticeship and City and Guilds certification or equivalent, familiarity with maintenance operations and commercial-grade equipment.
