Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at PRS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a responsive breakdown and planned preventative maintenance service across a small hub of estates in the Warrington area.
The role will involve working on general building services engineering, including mechanical plant, venting, pumps, valves, associated plumbing, and fabric works. You will also be required to work to all policies/procedures and safe systems of work for estates-related works in accordance with statutory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a responsive breakdown and planned preventative maintenance service
- General building services engineering across mechanical plant
- Working to all policies/procedures and safe systems of work for estates-related works
In addition, you will be required to provide maintenance to:
- Plumbing, pipework, venting, pumps, valves, AHU's, FCU's, feeds, motors, and associated mechanical plant room equipment
- Minor project works/small works and refurbishment
Requirements:
- Suitable mechanical apprenticeship and City and Guilds or equivalent qualification
- Familiarity with maintenance operations
- Familiarity and experience with AHU's, Fan coil Units, plant room kit, general pipework, etc.
- Multiskilled background
- Familiarity with commercial-grade equipment and sites
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, van or car with personal use, and optional overtime paid at x1.
