Maintenance Engineer with Mechanical Plant Experience

PRS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering a responsive breakdown and planned preventative maintenance service across various estates in the Warrington area.
Key Responsibilities:- Main Tasks:
- General building services engineering across mechanical plant, including plumbing, pipework, venting, pumps, valves, AHU's, FCU's, feeds, motors, and associated mechanical plant room equipment.
- Minor project works and refurbishment of commercial-grade equipment and sites.
- Deliver a prompt response to breakdowns and planned preventative maintenance services.
To succeed in this role, you should have a suitable mechanical Apprenticeship and a City and Guilds or equivalent qualification. Familiarity with maintenance operations, AHU's, Fan coil Units, plant room kit, general pipework, and multiservice background is essential.
What We OfferAs a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £36,000 - £38,000 per annum, paid at a rate of 1.25 times your hourly rate for overtime. A van or car with personal use is also provided. Our standard working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with plenty of opportunities for optional overtime.
