Key Responsibilities:- Ensure high standards of service and exceed regulatory standards.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators for people, quality, and performance.
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding procedures, and health and safety requirements.

- Be flexible with core hours of 9-5, Monday to Friday, and willing to meet service requirements.
