This part-time role, based in Llansamlet, offers 24 hours per week with flexible working patterns and a salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (pro rata, dependent on experience).

Company Overview

This established organisation is seeking an HR Officer to support the People function across the business.

Job Responsibilities
  • Facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and stakeholders on HR best practices
  • Support managers with disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Manage absence and sickness processes effectively
  • Contribute to HR projects, including EDI and employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide HRIS support and assist with maintaining HR systems
  • Advise on HR policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience advising managers on HR best practices and managing employee relations (ER) cases.
