As a member of our residential care team at Aspris Children's Services, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding young people in their daily lives.
This could involve helping with morning and night time routines, accompanying them to take part in activities such as horse riding or trampolining, or simply assisting with general daily tasks. You will strive to bring out the best in every young person and provide compassionate care during your time with them.
At Aspris Children's Services, we are proud to offer a comprehensive induction program and ongoing training and career progression opportunities. Our commitment to your development is unwavering, and we will give you all the support you need to become a qualified Youth Care Specialist.
As a member of our team, you can expect a supportive and collaborative working environment where you can flourish in your career and feel incredibly rewarded by helping those who need it most.
We estimate that this role would pay approximately £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include exclusive access to a reward and discount scheme, comprehensive induction, pension scheme, paid for enhanced DBS, wellbeing support, flexible working, and cycle to work scheme.
A key aspect of this role is providing high-quality care and support to our young people. This requires a deep understanding of their needs and a passion for making a positive impact on their lives.
