About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a highly experienced sales professional to lead our team in the District.

You will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives and driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategy.

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue goals.
  • Manage a team of Sales Representatives to ensure they are meeting their sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
