We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Manager to join our team at the Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our payroll and benefits department, ensuring efficient and effective processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the payroll and benefit department, communicating with staff to resolve issues and requests.
  • E nsure accurate and timely completion of payrolls for all employee groups.
  • Design and implement internal control systems for the payroll division.

This is a full-time position, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Finance. We offer a competitive salary range of $122,018 to $128,440, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes health and dental insurance, life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, long term disability, and RRSP contributions.

Applicants should have a degree in Accounting or Business Administration, with a minimum of five years of management experience in payroll and benefits administration. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
