About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our office, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our staff in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Google Drive
  • Certification in Basic Security Clearance and willingness to undergo a criminal record check
  • Willingness to travel regularly
