We seek a highly skilled and detail-focused Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to provide expert financial support to our team at Transilvania Interiors Contracting Inc.

Salary: $55 per hour

Compensation: This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $55, with an estimated 40 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
  • Process payroll for both union and non-union employees
  • Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Job Costing
  • Utilize QuickBooks accounting software and maintain Microsoft Word/Excel proficiency
  • Conduct thorough analysis and reconciliation of financial data
  • Perform Bank Reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
  • Work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Purchasing and pricing of construction materials for various projects
  • Credit card statement reconciliation
