We are a leading construction company, Transilvania Interiors Contracting Inc., seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our team in providing exceptional financial operations services.

Salary: $55 per hour

Job Description:

Company Overview: As a leading construction company, we deliver top-notch interior contracting services to our clients.

Salary: The selected candidate will be paid $55 per hour, with an estimated 40 hours of work per week.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a bookkeeper/office administrator
  • Ability to process payroll accurately for both union and non-union employees
  • Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Job Costing
  • Experience with QuickBooks accounting software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets
  • Experience to Trial Balance and Year-End account analysis & reconciliation
  • Experience in completing Bank Reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • Ability to price and order construction materials for multiple projects
  • Reconcile credit card statements
