About the Role

Job Responsibilities

  • Build a solid sales team by recruiting, training, and motivating top performers.
  • Monitor and manage sales performance to ensure monthly goals are met.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review activities, opportunities, and progress.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team to meet sales targets.
  • Establish and manage sales quotas and commission rates.
  • Report sales data to the management team for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure promotions are available and effective.
