Sales Team Manager

As a Sales Team Manager at Care Computers & Services Limited, you will lead a high-performing sales team and drive business growth in the Thames Valley area. Our company has been providing IT consultancy and solutions to SMB/SME clients since 1993.

- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to meet sales targets.
- Establish and manage sales quotas and commission rates.
- Report sales data to the management team for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure promotions are available and effective.
- Work with department management to determine price schedules and discount rates.
