Payroll Assistant

About the Role
This is a new role that will support the Payroll Specialist with managing the effective and efficient delivery of monthly payroll processing for our employees. The role will focus mainly on Northern Ireland payroll (approx. 800 employees) and will also offer support to our HR Payroll & Analytics Specialist who is based in Republic of Ireland (approx. 200 employees).
As a member of our high-performing HR team, you will contribute to the success of our People Strategy. We are looking for candidates who are highly organized, enjoy problem-solving, have excellent attention to detail, and can build and maintain relationships at all levels inside and outside the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Payroll Specialist with monthly payroll processing
- Manage Northern Ireland payroll (approx. 800 employees)
- Support the HR Payroll & Analytics Specialist in Republic of Ireland (approx. 200 employees)
- Contribute to the success of our People Strategy
