At Carrier, we are seeking a talented E-Commerce Business Development Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive sales, and improve customer experience. This includes managing day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, analyzing data and trends to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the builder's merchant industry for our fire detection products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the manager to align e-commerce strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and build brand awareness.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of online campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and nurture business relationships.
  • Familiarity with the builders merchant industry would be advantageous.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a key role in driving our e-commerce strategy forward. The salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
