We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic Ambassador and Customer Experience team at Tropic Skincare.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and providing expert advice on our % organic skincare products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer and ambassador queries via chat, email, phone, and social media.
  • Provide expert advice on our products and assist with returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Collaborate with various departments to seek further product information.
  • Stay updated with product changes and record relevant data and statistics.
  • Manage departmental administration, including completing spreadsheets and processing returns.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in customer support.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural people person.
  • A proactive problem solver with exceptional organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus.
  • Previous administrative experience and a passion for sustainability and natural beauty.
