We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Experience Lead to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experiences for our clients, driving customer satisfaction, and promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main client contact and representative, with thorough knowledge of the building and its operations.
- Handle customer issues and requests across all service lines, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Develop deep, trusting relationships with colleagues, gathering information to provide personalized service and anticipate future needs.
- Coordinate and inspire the client community, making it the workplace of choice.
- Establish strong relationships with customers, becoming the go-to person and trusted partner for the client value proposition.
- Promote collaboration across operational and support teams, suppliers, and customer groups, while prioritizing the client's interests.
- Lead and create the best customer and workplace experience.
- Maintain full awareness of client site emergency contacts and procedures.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications:
- IOSH certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience of working in a high-profile environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work within a highly confidential environment.
- High level of Microsoft Office application knowledge and experience.
