Head of Customer Experience

We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Ambassador and Customer Support HQ team, driving exceptional customer experiences and fostering a culture of excellence. As the Head of Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the HQ team, inspiring and empowering them to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Ambassador and Customer Support initiatives.
- Drive innovation and improvement, introducing new ideas and better working methods to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centricity is embedded across the organisation.
- Transform customer feedback into actionable insights and game-changing recommendations for product improvements.
- Champion the Ambassador and Customer journeys, ensuring every interaction is met with timely, clear, and compassionate responses.
- Elevate the HQ team through engaging training sessions on platform features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Drive efficiency by supporting and championing the team to automate and streamline processes.
- Define, analyse, and report key success metrics, identifying business priorities and translating them into actionable plans.
- Shape the future growth of the team, leading strategic planning and development.
- Proven experience in a Leadership CX role, with a track record of developing and executing strategies and proven expertise in people management.
- Experience in designing and implementing successful team structures that improve team efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organisational goals.
- Ability to think strategically and align CX initiatives with organisational goals, driving a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using Zendesk and experience with AI-driven customer support solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and process efficiency.
- Proactive and inspiring leader with diligent, collaborative, organised, and reliable working methods.
- Data-driven personality with a natural desire to constantly rethink, question, and optimise operations.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence and align cross-functional teams.
