Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance customer support initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centricity is embedded across the organisation, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Transform customer feedback into actionable insights, informing product improvements and driving business growth.
- Champion customer journeys, ensuring timely, clear, and compassionate responses that exceed expectations.
- Elevate the HQ team through engaging training sessions, coaching on solution-oriented and efficient working methods.
- Drive efficiency by automating and streamlining processes, defining and analysing key success metrics.
- Shape the future growth of your team, leading strategic planning and energising your team with regular check-ins and inspiring reviews.
