As a Business Development Manager with Creative Activation, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to counter retail, conducting monthly reviews, and motivating your team to achieve performance targets.
You will also be responsible for proactively managing poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with business expectations, utilising the appropriate procedures and support.
