Social Care Professional

As a valued Support Worker, you will empower individuals with a learning disability to live the lives they choose, using a person-centred approach.
The role of a Support Worker at Thera East Anglia involves providing personal and emotional support to individuals in their daily lives. This may include helping someone develop new skills, supporting them in planning and managing their own home, or assisting with leisure activities. You will work closely with the individuals you support to create innovative ways to achieve their personal goals, aims, and ambitions.
No previous experience or qualifications are required for this role, as full training will be provided. We are looking for compassionate, caring, confident, and resilient individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a self-starter with a high level of motivation, keen to learn in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creatively solving problems, we want to hear from you.
In return for your hard work, you can expect an annualised salary of £12,488, guaranteed monthly pay, flexible working hours for work-life balance, and opportunities for overtime. You will also receive free nationally accredited training, which will enable you to earn a qualification and progress your career. Additionally, you will have access to contributory pension schemes, cycle to work schemes, and well-being initiatives.
