We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Supportive Living Workers at Fulbridge Social Care. Our team members are the backbone of our care services, and we require people who are passionate about enhancing the quality of life for our service users.

Fulbridge Social Care is a unique and dynamic environment, and we need staff who are willing to go the extra mile to make a difference. As a Supportive Living Worker, you will be part of a team that provides care and support to our service users in elderly care homes and support living settings.

We offer full support and training to our staff, including the Care Certificate, First Aid, and Medication Administration. We also provide opportunities to gain qualifications in this field, making it an ideal role for both trainee and qualified candidates.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have good communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and a willingness to learn and adapt. You will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and successfully complete our induction assessment prior to any placements being offered.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building strong professional relationships with service users and other members of staff.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for service users and staff.
  • Keeping up to date with all communication and information systems.
  • Attending and participating in meetings as required.
  • Promoting equality and respecting individual differences.
  • Protecting service users from abuse and ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Writing accurate reports and keeping records for monitoring purposes.
  • Attending work reliably and punctually and following a set shift pattern.
  • Ensuring you stay up to date with procedures and policy changes.
  • Taking responsible care for your own health and safety and that of others.
  • Undertaking additional duties as required and relevant to the post.

We have numerous shift patterns available, including:

  • 8am - 4pm
  • 4pm - 11pm
  • 11pm - 7am (waking nights)
