Job Title: Senior Social Care Specialist

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Adult Senior Social Worker to join their South Transfer of Care Team in Cambridgeshire.

Role Overview

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading complex case arrangements and providing professional leadership and written/verbal reports based on analysis of evidence. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead casemanagement and undertake proportionate assessment and risk management of complex situations.
  • Complete support planning with service users to ensure outcomes are met through support, equipment, and enabling programmes.
  • Provide specialist social work practice skills and knowledge of Adult Services user group, making independent decisions.
  • Represent Cambridgeshire County Council in multi-agency networks and meetings, promoting independence and choice.
Requirements:
  • Casework experience within Adult Services.
  • Strong understanding of adult social care legislation and policies.
  • Able to demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults and/or people with disabilities.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
