In this position, you will be responsible for:



Key Responsibilities:



You will optimize contract profitability by providing accurate cost and value reports. Additionally, you will offer quotations to clients for variations and possess a comprehensive understanding of residential groundworks.


Requirements:



To excel in this role, you should have experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks. You should also possess strong time management skills and be able to meet deadlines. Experience in value engineering and proficiency in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are highly desirable.


Compensation Package:



We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary up to £75,000, car allowance, paid holidays, and a pension scheme.
